This is Shirley waiting for me to arrive. You see how well trained they are, turning up very early for the class and reading up on my Sugar Dough Magic book This is what I call dedication.
Students decide to come to class for all sorts of different reasons, and here I have chosen to feature three ladies with very different criterias.
Shirley is a hobbyist who just loves to make cakes for her family and friends.
Once inside she can't contain herself with excitment, she is clearly tickled pink and never far away from that book just in case she needs a quick reference.
Here is the lovely Debi - a serious contender in the novelty cake decorating stakes.
She is so creative and determined to succeed with her new cake decorating business. Good luck to you Debi.
