 HELLO ONCE AGAIN, I have answered your request for classes in Stoke on Trent. You will find them in the appropriate section of the site. Places are limited so please book in good time. If you cannot travel to me, I have 3 forthcoming classes in England booked at Squires Kitchen International School in Farnham, The next one is on Friday 4th and 5th of July. when we shall be doing a celebration cake and a Christening cake. This class is fully booked now, but there is a waiting list. The following week I shall be teaching at the 5 day school just for one day. Should you not be able to secure a place, I shall be there again in November on the 21st to 23rd, when we will be busy decorating a Maisie style wedding cake. I shall be designing a brand new cake for the course. Then moving on to 2009 on April 24th to 26th, you can join me again at Squires Kitchen for another 3 day wedding cake master class. The 5 day Wilton class in Chicago already has 20 places booked and many of you are writing to me about it. I looking forward to welcoming old friends and making new ones.
